








We get asked all kinds of questions. Here are the answers to the most common ones.
We charge a flat fee depending on the size of bin you need. We ask that you try to fill the bin within a week but we are pretty flexible. You can pay with cash or credit card and there are no cancellation fees. We try to make it as simple as possible for you to do business with us!
We take pride in our incredible service. Same day delivery if you get me in the morning. If you call me in the afternoon, I can sometimes accommodate same day, next day guaranteed.
Nope! We’ll ask you about the drop off location and any specific instructions when ordering and that will be relayed to an experienced driver. All we ask is that the driveway is clear.
Not to worry. We lay down planks of wood and protection to ensure that we leave the driveway the way we found it. The bin will never touch the driveway.
The quick answer is No. If you want to put the bin on the street, you will have to reach out to the Town or City and get a permit. Any bin on the driveway does not require permitting.
The material in the dumpster needs to be flush with the top walls. Please don’t over fill your dumpster. We’ll gladly come and exchange it for a new one if you're running out of space. Please don't add lot of heavy materials like soil, concrete, bricks and shingles. A few here are there are ok, but if you are specifically getting rid of these, you'll need a 4 yard bin.
