We get asked all kinds of questions. Here are the answers to the most common ones.
How does pricing work?
We charge a flat fee depending on the size of bin you need. We ask that you try to fill the bin within a week but we are pretty flexible. You can pay with cash or credit card and there are no cancellation fees. We try to make it as simple as possible for you to do business with us!
How soon can I have the bin?
We take pride in our incredible service. Same day delivery if you get me in the morning. If you call me in the afternoon, I can sometimes accommodate same day, next day guaranteed.
Do I have to be there when you drop off or pick up the bin?
Nope! We’ll ask you about the drop off location and any specific instructions when ordering and that will be relayed to an experienced driver. All we ask is that the driveway is clear.
Is this going to damage my driveway?
Not to worry. We lay down planks of wood and protection to ensure that we leave the driveway the way we found it. The bin will never touch the driveway.
Do I need a permit to put a bin in my yard?
The quick answer is No. If you want to put the bin on the street, you will have to reach out to the Town or City and get a permit. Any bin on the driveway does not require permitting.
Can I put as much stuff as I want in the dumpster?
The material in the dumpster needs to be flush with the top walls. Please don’t over fill your dumpster. We’ll gladly come and exchange it for a new one if you're running out of space. Please don't add lot of heavy materials like soil, concrete, bricks and shingles. A few here are there are ok, but if you are specifically getting rid of these, you'll need a 4 yard bin.
What size should I get?
Call us and we can discuss your project and can guide you to the size that makes most sense for your job. We have sizes to suit all jobs, big and small. The basics are listed in the above image. Our tall bins include doors that open so you wan walk your junk right inside.
